With the quote “Nothing happens when you sit at home. I always make it a point to carry a camera with me at all times…I just shoot at what interests me at that moment - of Elliott Erwitt “, I inspire myself to keep shooting. I always try to connect with the world around me through travelling within my country or abroad. I get fascinated by things and people on the streets wherever I go.
On my visit to Israel in 2012 I came across a market and decided to photograph it. I fell in love with markets since then. I had so much fun doing those photographs. Repeatedly looking at those images was like music to my soul.
One interested project I worked on was "market of Suriname". With these images I will guide you through the markets of Suriname. I want these markets to stay in your dream when you go to sleep, the passion of the people who do their work, the fish and meat, vegetables, clothes, bags, food and visitors at the markets. I want you to experience what I have experienced, whether you are limited by time to travel to Suriname or not. Other images photographed are birds, macro, flowers, and urban live. Hope you enjoy my photography. Feel free to leave me a message. Continuous improvement is what we stand for.
